according to that post in the us:
525 3L engine w/o 3 stage manifold
530 3L engine w 3 stage manifold
in hk
323 2.5L w/o 3 stage manifold
325 2.5L w 3 stage manifold
I would imagine hk e60 and e90 will have the same model # convention. this means, you already have the 3 stage manifold. if you really want to play w some ecu mods, can also consider bms powerbox which improves throttle response as well as a little increase in bhp.

you havent suggested super charger for him yet?
I agree the upside of his current engine is probably limited but would suggest a turbo charged, perhaps the new 2L or 535 f10 instead, the former also benefits from the gov green tax.
ps, how is the bmw powerbox, made much difference?

think wnshie here had okada plasma installed, he should be the best person to ask. I thought then someone tried another similar product and felt a bigger gain than okada plasma. might be pingu or ak can comment more.
wow, you installed the bms yourself.![Thumbsup](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/thumbsup.gif)

yes, i'm cheap, if i can do, then i do it myself to save some penny for other mod.
i'm going get the roof spoiler and front lip later, then i paint the fuking thing myself together with the rear spoiler later, save 2k to do it by myself. colour paint and base paint ready., pending time to do it.
