Good point... I have also read from other BMW forum about how bad those TW rims are.
So probably spend a few thousands more (hope not too much) to find some real stuff...

Thanks! I may take a look there on the way driving home from office.

The forged rims are good but I am not too concern about weight, any advice on cast rims? say 3-4K per pc possible?

I found them displaying at Ling-C-Fu (???) at Prince Edward (Tel: 2778 8183):

For your information, RAYS forged rims (Made in Japan) cost you 5K-7K per pc.
Good luck on the search. Happy modding.

Cast rims are fine, just go for the famed brand, theIr QC system should be more relible
Due to the different production technique, cast rims are usually more stylish than forged rims
3-4k should get you some reasonable quality cast rims
Go tirerack.com to shop for the brand, in order to narrow the search

haha, same here, we usually ended up in the bars in mui wo after hiking on lantau and drank like fish and then drank more on the ferry on the way back to central.

joking aside, you can try a meal w more protein right after strenuous exercise, it helps to rebuild the muscle cells damaged during excercise and a heavy protein diet doesnt make you put on more weight.
