as for the road no way are they smooth, that is why 19" wheels are max for HK roads, any thing bigger and you whill feel every pothole on the roads.
also we have 3 tyres of roads, tarmac, concrete, ruff tarmac

The roads around where I live and where I do are usually smooth. LOL. Well, maybe I am comparing to NYC streets. I am coming back next year to prepare for my wedding is 2014. We plan to have it at the Peninsula Hotel. Gotta save up!!!!
