Mark - all Porsche 911 are fast, just that the turbo and gt3 are ballistic, i am more into the style and engineering
than speed, 0-100 around 5secs is already more than enough for me!!!!!
i would pass out in ET's up Smithfield rd!!!
That 959 is a piece of shit. :thumbsdown:

A dealer in Causeway Bay had a 1992 928GTS. Was sold for something like $180K :

If you take a closer look, the 996 C4S's body is actually not so wide. Also it does not has the air-duct on the rear fenders like the Turbo. So power or not, I will recommend a Turbo any day.

what is wrong with it? is it a previous write-off??

959=twin turbo and 0-100 in 2,9sec!
the price is very interesting and will keep it's value, but it says "1979" car???????
i thought that was out in 1989?
i used to have one, well a poster of one on the wall.

i already had the 928 S4 in 1990,auto, very thirsty
but the design is avant garde, 250km at a strike of the gas pedal.....

A genuine 959 can easily fetch over $10 million nowaday. The one you saw is just an old 911 converted with a 959 bodykit.
