not sure about most balance but certainly the best overall package and compromise on handling and safety. I once had a oh shxt moment in my 3er, I was able to recover from it without too much drama, it saved me from some serious injury, thx bmw!

I can't provide the best answer, not yet found in forum complained easy slide and lost of grip after installed.
Sway Bars improve a vehicle?s lateral stability and cornerning grip, while reducing body roll.

I installed SB and Sway bar when i was in my original 17 RFT, There is no problem in sliding or grip problem.
