Pingu, I think the exhaust hanger rubber can't fix Alan issue. Refer to the photo. the two rear bar like as chopsticks to hole the exhaust pipe in middle. One in upper side, one is lower side. Whatever pipe up and down. it hold in middle.

what rust proof products can be used on exhaust? if the material is indeed of poor quality, it will rust or oxidize from the inside anyway.

Capt..thanks for your suggestions. i will try to find the rubber and get AK install it asap.
I want to clarify something before move ahead.
For the rear bar, the bar is placing "Above" the pipe, so I understand that using a longer rubber will lower the pipe; thus preventing the pipe to touch / hit the bar. This is fine.
However, I found that the middle bar is placing "Below" the pipe, if I use a longer rubber in the middle and lower the pipe (position 1 in the figure), it will squeeze with the bar harder. Did I misunderstand something?

I think the best bet is go to rainbow the exhausts experts and they will sort it out.

I have 2 cans of paint that will stop the oxidize or rust, but you will need to do aload of prep work before applying the paint.
I have put this on my brake disk and calipers on my last car and also the stepwgn.
