do some more sports like me, it will make you stronger and easy lift things up
get up at 7am and do some tai chi
I started Tai Chi last week. 2 time every month on sundays 12.30 till 4.30

both of his old mast are over 100 years old and my master is over 75 now and still strong.

Yeah... its all fixed now. Maybe my battery was nearly dead anyways.
My AMP is being fixed under warranty - not sure if it was short circuited when we tried to jumpstart my car or not... My Hi-fi has given me another amp to use whilst my one is being repaired so everything is OK

Not sure on the brand... but im not too fussed. As long as it sorted out my car problem - think its slightly bigger than the original bmw one too....

Aerobic exercise is good for our health, it can burn the calories, clear the bad cholesterol and raised our good cholesterol which is heart protecting.
Aerobic exercise is also good for our mental health as it can help us relax.
For KC, he completed oxfram 5 times, I think his cardiovascular fitness should be the best among of us. Keep going KC,that's great. But where do you train ?
For your meaning of poison, actually, we don't know how to clear it, in the term of western medication. For me, non-smoker, non-drinker, non drug abuser are already good for liver, lung, kidney, heart, brain already.
