Hi everyone,

I have a question about replacing my run-flat tires with normal tires...if I switch to normal tires, then will the tire pressure sensor still work (do I still calibrate the bord computer as usual as well?)?

I have read about window 'it it' noise. I took delivery of my 2004 e60 530i in February. Everything worked perfectly but the 'it it' noise crept up two months ago. BMW HK fixed it completely but I had to leave it with them for 3 full days. The only other noise (not irritable for me) now is when the rear backrest is flipped down...I think it's the leather rubbing of the armrest rubbing on the seat. A friend of mine drives an e60 530i made in China...his car is full of 'it it' noises. I was told by BMW HK that they are aware of the noise so this is not a rare problem. Fortunately, it is fixable.

Another question: where I can get the 'dings' fixed? I am beginning to have these. Irritating. People don't seem to care when they open their doors.

Lastly, what is the drag cooefficient of the e60?

Does anyone have experience on the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 on their E60? Any idea how much a set will cost in HK? Where to buy? VERY sick of the RFTs...
