the mb brand is worth a lot of money. no matter how good or bad their cars become, its still the icon for luxury car.

my dad lectured me about mb being his dream car and he must own one before he dies. so he has an old e class and got to say the old benz definitely looks the biz.

he was pissed because I went for a bimmer

I do agree with this.

For most people, even you drive a W210 E-class....they will also "Wow" for it.

In UK I did not see that many MB on the road but loads of BMW and some Audi

My dad was thinking to get the E class before E60, but i stopped him and today i still think i had made a very right choice

definitely, mb of that time suffered from a lot of reliability problems.

btw, wwhat did u say to change his mind?

I didnt say a word, but do it in action.

I test drove both E60 and E class with him sit next to me,
and he is so impressed how a saloon can turned into such sporty vechicle.....while the comfort level wasnt differ so much with the Merc

I am also glad my sister and mum's driving skills is poor....cos otherwise it will end up in S Class :thumbsdown:
