Finally, the paint man is ready and I will drop off my car to AK tomorrow for the M5 trunk finisher. If budget allows, I may do the CF interior as well. HeHe

I assume your engine (the e90 n52 has not) has a dipstick, it has a min and max mark on it. the oil level when the engine is not running should be between those marks. if you dont have enough oil, it might cause temporarily low pressure.
as mentioned, I suspect its more an electrical problem but its just a 10 sec job, no harm to just check it anyway. or just ask ak's staff or the guys you bought the car from to check it for you.
if it is low oil level, try to give the engine some time to cool down before you add new oil.

On the other hand, the "chok chok ha" problem still there but he checked with his computer for me and he change "something" then the car's power COME BACK again!!! thank god, even though the MAIN issue is still here but at least, more power and that means..more like the REAL BM ride feeling!
BTW, ah "chun" also let me try try the " booster" which increase the pick up power, feel so GREAT! but didnt have enough money with me tonight, so, i didnt put it on, but will do it later when i have time! haha!
