thanks for that info, as i was a bit shocked the last time i had a service
at bmw with the SB already on (they knew it was on from a reading on their computer)
when the car came back it was very sluggish, it felt like it didn't have the SB on, until
i put the K+N in and floored it a few times, now it is very fast in gearchanges.
so the car adapts to your driving style??
Yes, the sales told me it's designed to adapt but I think the computer must think I am driving too fast and wants to slow me down

joking aside, I think I might get the next service done at BMW, will pm u then when the time comes.

I am not sure about that, I thought the last E-class was ugly when it first came out, but then after a while it started to look better... the new 7 series too, I hated it when I saw it on photo, but when I see the real thing it was another story...
+1 I will wait till I see the real thing, then it might grow on me, like the 7er

And 1 thing that I am vvvvv disapointed w BMW is the adaptive step gearbox that tune itself to become jerky after a while.
you know what to get next DC greabox but you need to get the 35i engine

yes, our tranny will learn our driving style,
thats why we have to reset the tranny in certain amount of time to eliminate the sluggish/jerky
