There's the Famous Coolant Pipe that fails anywhere from about 75k up. Mine went at 112k. Alternator bracket gasket, valve cover gaskets, timing cover gaskets, and numerous other seals. Hydraulic sway bars. Maintenance items coming due include fuel filter, plugs, transmission fluid, expansion tank, thermostat, big coolant hoses, water pump, crankcase vent valves, any vacuum hoses you can get your hands on. No vacations for a while, and you may have to cut back on food. I wound up selling my firstborn into slavery, and pimping for my mother. Tried to sell my liver, but couldn't get a good offer for it.
I totally agree that it is probably my alternator. I have had most of the gaskets replaced during my last issue with oil leaking.
I have a really good service deductible ($250) from Carmax untill 100k so I might suck it up until about 95k then trade this in for an M5. Keep doing that for a while...I don't know. That is a money pit but the $250 service is awesome. The seals were all covered at 65k!!
