Model Year: 2004
If the fuse is fine, it is going to be broken wires in the harness where it enters the right trunk hinge (just as Peachkonan said).

Hi guys i have check all of this and all is fine 
can some one please help me as i dont want to go to the BMW Stealer. does anyone know any one in bucks/london area to switch the error alert of or can i supply it from somewhere else may be the back light???
