Help Number plate lights not working

Hi my lights were changes by me to LED bulbs and now the screen inside says number plate light failure, its got no voltage coming to them? any help would be appreciated, cant find a fuse???

These sound like they are not error free. Where did get them from? Since LED use up less power then halogen your OBC will identify this as a "bulb out" error. Do they work though?

If the above does not help, check the wires that lead into the trunklid via the right hinge near the battery. It can fray and short out. I posted here w/ pics when i had a trunk license plate lighting odie. Search for it.

You better turn off the number plate lights error check.

they dont work, they was when i put them in. i have replaced them with the originals but still not working then i put a volt meter to them and nothing?

Have u tried turning off and on again after replacing them?
Eventually pull out the ignition key, then back on and start the engine again.

You may deactivate the error checking with a DCAN or K+DCAN cable and modifying the LMA.TRC file.
Ia have at home the parameters to be modified, if u do own the cable.

yes i have tried this nothing is happening? my boot only opens with a key but that doesnt affect it they used to work okay now suddenly gone. if i give them my own supply from the read side light will that make me get more errors???

Don't do that !
Check the fuses in glove box. U must have missed one...
