First off I have searched the posts with no luck in getting the info I am looking for what I have is a 04 530 with a factory cd changer in the glove compartment that will play mp3's that has no Aux input. My question is this I don't care about controlling thru the I-drive I just want to be able to play my ipod thru the radio is there a wire to plug in to the input of the changer after removing it.Also my car has a bad occupancy mat sensor and Im getting a airbag warning in the I-drive I have found several sensors for the E39 that fixes this and makes the bag deploy on any accident passenger or not and does anyone know where to get one for a E60 as I dont want to drop 600 bucks to fix it with a mat that from what ive read is a problem area anyway.

BMW had a passenger seat occupant sensor recall for the E60. A BMW center should be able to verify and correct free of charge, if your vehicle is affected. The CD audio data is sent digitally, if I recall correctly. There is no analog jack back there for your music player.

Go get that recall fixed from the dealer!! Can confirm that there's no analog jack.
