Help Need urgent i upgrade Mask to CCC coding help.

I Just upgrade my 530xi 2007 from Mask to Ccc.When I replaced everything was working except the Sound and Idrive.Reading the posts I figured is coding so I took it to Bmw Dealer.They called me up and they said they couldnt upgrade or do coding they couldn't access and even didn't know what are the problems the diagnosis didn't show anything no idea why not ??.I'm so confused they couldn't neither resolve either issues.Can someone help me please with any Help suggestion or someone to refer in Rhode Island area for coding.Highly appreciate.I'm heading to Dealer to pick up any suggestion what the dealer still can check before I pickup thanks.Highly appreciate.

first of all, did you put the speaker wires in the correct place?

I plug the same harness from the mask to CCC.Is there any wire that I need to change or look into ?

i went to pick it my car they told they couldn't even access to my car info ???
