help identifying part from intake manifold

If that part that dropped to the bottom of the engine when removing the intake manifold is in the ECS picture that is posted, you would have figured out very quickly when looking at the manifold there was 7 more of those parts still stuck to the intake manifold (but you didn't).
Is it possible that someone dropped that part years ago into the engine and it just fell out recently?

idk when i pulled gasket off i didnt notice anything that looked lik it anywhere an nothing else fell the whole time i had the manifold off and moving it all aroound compared to that piece which fell almost instantly as soon as i unbolted an lifted the manifold up, im starting to think someone dropped it from anothrt place too i just dont know the engine well enough yet to figure out from where, hopefully sooner rather than later ill know.
