Default N62 intake manifold - how do you clean this thing???

Hello -
I had a DISA error which I suspect may be a faulty motor and some vacuum leaks that ultimately led me to find a replacement intake manifold (complete with motors) on my 2008 550i. I was in going to take it apart to clean and possibly test the components to make sure everything works correctly. The problem is that I'm puzzled how to split this thing open. Has anyone done this job before? Any suggestions on how to best clean this thing and ensure the motors are working OK? Appreciate your help

In addition to a picture of the manifold, I also attached a picture of the only screw that appears to be holding the two pieces together. However, I'm unsure how to remove this. Thoughts?
