It's a bitch and a half to change them... it took me about 3 hours!
It takes me 30 minutes to change them on my M50 (e34).
get the right tools and watch the video, this job will scrape your knuckles raw and make parts of your body stiff that you never thought you had.
Other than that, it's a breeze
