is it possible that the vibration takes place even while moving but you do not feel it? check the belt and pullies with the engine running to see if there is anything looks out of place.

it happens only at idle, it looks like the alternator is sucking a pretty lots of power from the engine or some amount of fluids got to the engine combustion chambers. I'm not sure if one of you guys ever experienced driving a car that just got the engine flooded with water, but if you ever experienced it, the vibration in my car right know is exactly the same as that.

Check around the engine for signs of leaking, if there is leakage around the heads - your head gasket is done and driving it is beyond dangerous to the engine. If there are no leaks, I'd get it checked anyway and then check the motor mounts and the pulleys, if the harmonic balancer is broken you get bad vibration too.
