That's not a bad idea. What kind of epoxy can I use? And how "am I" going to fit into that hole? :-) j/k
I already bought all the necessary tools to do the helicoil insert project. I am hesitant because I am afraid I might strip the other two bolts in the back; which would be difficult to fix if I don't have the right leverage or proper drill bit/tap extension to do the job right. Alternatively, I hope I can "supplement" the stock gaskets with sealer/liquid gasket to make sure the intake manifold does not leak if the two other bolts strip and can not be fixed.

Most likely you don't even need a power drill to drill the hole out. When I've done this in aluminum before, it is soft enough and a new drill bit is very sharp. You should be able to drill it out by hand using the tap handle.
What other bolts are a problem...I thought the intake manifold only had one bolt and the rest were studs with nuts on them?

On N52 intake manifold, there are 4 bolts and 3 nuts. In other words, there are only 3 studs on the block and the remaining are bolts.

The one with the red arrow has a stripped thread
The one with the red arrow (stripped thread) should be easy to do because it's on the outside. When I was loosening the other one (red arrow) to properly torque it to 9 ft-lb., it felt like it was stripping; so I stopped and left it intact.
However, after looking at the picture PCY provided, I guess all of them are doable if I don't let fear and procrastination get in the way. lol
I guess I will be looking for the drill bit extension tonight: Sears.com
Which length should I get, guys?
Thanks!

Check out his company, but be VERY CAREFUL AND DO YOUR DD before you buy!!! Do a lot of DD!!!
They have a good immunotherapy cancer treatment, but management sucks (really SUCKS!!!)!!! Earnings are coming out on March 3rd, 2014.
The CC can possible make or break the company. If they announce a buy out, DEBTS RESTRUCTURING, partnership, improved COGS or good forward guidance, it has a chance of turning around big (JUST AN OPINION); possibly a massive short squeeze! Currently, there at 46 millions shares shorting this stock.
They have ONLY ONE product (Provenge) in their PIPELINE and it costs $93,000 for three treatments. COGS, cash flow, debts and earnings history is looking BAD. I don't think they can do it alone by themselves much longer (due to limited cash available in their balance sheet) if they don't find a partner or sell the company soon!
Johnson & Johnson Corp and Medivation Inc. are eating their lunch! Don't be fooled by the huge difference in the PPS among them! The difference between them justify by means of continuous, reliable earnings, pipeline and balance sheets.
The only incentive for investors/gamblers would be the current price per share, a hopeful (speculatively!) BUY OUT or massive short squeeze if the market likes what they hear in the next CC.
The company will need more cash soon to pay for the $600 million debt due in 2016. Shareholders are at risk of a secondary offering. If that happens, shares will be diluted and price will drop further down. I think they also have $28 million in debt due this quarter or next.
In any case, I just wanted to share some interesting info when the best time to watch it and do a lot of DD is now. Why? Because earnings are out in 8 trading days.
Don't buy before earnings! Listen to the CC and ride it up if the momentum looks right. Don't play options on this stock because it's very volatile (beta of 3.75).
Note: Based on the whole history of this company, they have yet to make any money! Even if they make money for 3Q13 earnings, they still need to make two more quarters of earnings (consecutively) to gain investors' confidence. Analysts are bashing this company relentlessly. It's a low volume stock. You can grow a 5 o'clock shadow or develop cancer if you watch it too long; especially if your entry point is above current market price. lol
Again, don't get overly excited without doing your due diligence when your money is at RISK!
Again, thanks for all your help with the on going car repairs. :-)

Another word of advice (learned the hard way). Cover over the cylinder head openings while drilling. For that matter, they should be covered at all times until you are ready to reassemble. You don't want something to drop in and have to fish it out or worse yet, not know
