yes this has happened to me a few times espically when i just bought the car.. i still use the cruse control somtimes as the signal and wounder why the dont work, then i look at my hand and relize where my had is,...im used to the only having one liver on the left not two, so somtimes i still get confused....

and its sometimes annoying when your flashing people alot...but its nessesary...i dont mind being flashed from behind so it comes to my attention that theres a faster car behind me...but i dont like if its repeated so many times...more than 3 times....if the driver behinds me keeps flasshing me and i get annoyed, i will stay in front of him and not let him pass, i will even go out of my way to block him and make sure hes stuck behind slow cars.. .maybe he'll learn to be more civilized and polite on the road....

Yeah, I can just imagine his thought processes.... "Hmm, I must be more polite and civilised"

Yep - found myself flashing the headlights on more than one occasion I'm afraid. Liked the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel of the e39 and am not fussed about the change to a stalk control on the e60.

Even found myself indicating instead of cancelling cruise before now, so most of the time I just leave well alone and leave it to my right foot instead.

I know where the stalks are, it's just my brain doesn't move my hand to the right one when I need it. (Unlike my right foot which seems to have a natural affinity with my brain. Could there be a scientific reason why my brain and feet are "paired" better than my brain and hands?)

Yes it has happened to most of us. (probably all of us but not everyone will admit it)

In regards to the following quote I have to respond with the comment that all we need is another lawyer (and this one can't even spell exam!).

Yes,
been there done that

Was commuting to Columbus to take the bar exan - 2 hours there and back every day

was using the cruise for the first time and I did the brights instead of the cruise several times - but now I know

BTW - did you know if you push or pull the cruise past the "click" it adjusts 5mph at a time - I did not know that but learned while driving

What problem have you got with lawyers? I agree that some attorneys are bad/unethical, but trust me, most attorneys are good people just doing their job.
Attorneys are overworked and don't get paid well enough to show for it. You should be happy that there are attorneys to represent you when you are in trouble.

I will try not to make this a political forum. It's true that a great number of lawyers do help, HOWEVER there are more than a minority that don't. Do you really think that anyone other than the lawyer makes out in class action cases!? $10 million to the lawyers and $200 to each "wronged person"! Too much of the healthcare dollar is spent to pay the lawyers, not the patients (1/3 to 1/2 of the settlement-It's like a lawyer lottery!) plus the hidden costs of deffensive medicine. I could go on and on but unless you're a lawyer or politician (there are another group of a**h***) you'll agree with me. My apologies for my rant!
