That car looks great. I rarely take an interest in cars but man that's the perfect color, perfect wheel type and tire size.

OP- of course they're good, haven't you seen their latest commercial? lol

If the rating is low enough that the manufacturer won't offer a mileage warranty I'd be leary. Keep in mind that they are summer tires only. Depending on how much you drive each year you could buy a new set each spring.

I've been running Hankooks for quite a few years, from the K104's to the Ventus V12 Evo's currently on the car. Wear rates are a bit problematic at times, but the cost to performance ratio is one of the best out there. They are a good high-performance tire, which have gotten pretty consistent raves. There are better tires for the money, granted, but these are not cheap, weak tires.

I really like your wheels; what brand are they? What size are you wheels and your tires? I have a black 2010 528i and I plan to purchase a set of black wheels (19") with a chrome lip with a set of Conti's. Your Bimmer really looks good.
Thanks - T. Lewis

Just bought a set of the Hankooks for a Porsche 968. It's mostly a weekend/sunny day car. If I can get 20k miles out of them I'll be estatic. The car gets maybe 3k miles a year, so hopefully they would dry rot before I'd wear out the tread.

..and maybe a DE event every now and then ....that may eat into my tread life a bit.

After a week on running the Hankook's and one DE event, I give them a defite thumbs up. Or course the old tires were pretty worn, so my perspecitve may be tainted.

My experience thus far (<200 miles), quite ride, no road nose, no pavement tracking at all, and great stick.

i'm running the ventus v12 evo's right now.

i like them, but i wouldn't say i LOVE them. they are quiet, smooth, comfortable at autobahn speeds, but they had some balancing issues that took a long time to work out.

i got the ventus v12 evos because the continental extremecontact DWs that i REALLY wanted were out of stock. it hink i want to get those for my next set - mainly for the weight savings

My local wheel and tire shop recommended both Toyo and Hankook winter tires, anyone have any experience with the Hankooks for winter?

Thanks

+1. Conti DW weighs about 2 to 4 lbs lighter than HKs for same spec.
