So my view is if you want a smooth luxury ride, Hancooks will do it well. But if you want to have real handling, avoid the Hancooks.
+1 My car's handling went straight out the window with these things. I can't imagine tires so bad where V12's would seem like an improvement.

This may have been what the kid at Discount was eluding to (in my starter post - He said the sidewalls were not stiff.)

BTW - I think someone asked, I found my Bridgestones getting very noisy as the tread thins out.

Is anyone out there running with Michelin Pilot Super Sports? What is the difference between those and the Pilot Sport PS2 other than $100 per tire?

so it sounds like they are about the same as Dulop DZ101 which I tried on my last E60 and they are very bad tyres

all tyres will be noisy as the tread thins out not just Bridgestones.

I was told a certain new Michelin design will minimize this. I think some tires are worse than others. My Bridgstones are LOUD.

Hey guys... I changed my tires yesterday... and... I ended up getting Pirelli P-Zero Nero front and rear for $2,000.00 all up. Just to remind you the Hankook was going for around $1,600.00 al up (including wheel alignment).

The Bridgestones were approximately the same price as the Pirelli!

Good choice?

you made the right chose
for me I like RE11 over the
Pirelli P-Zer.
I like more handling than comfort ride.
