Groan wtih FULL turn of Steering Wheel?

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny. 2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter. Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

I'm a little late to this thread but I'll simply add...

Yes, groaning is usually pump-related, not belt related.
Get that extra oil out of there.
Get your ass over to Rahal where they can actually fix a car. (They're supposed to move into their new "palace" in December...)

I am headed to Sewickley one last time for them to fix the "engine oil level too high" warning & to have them balance my new winter wheel setup which tirerack did not balance correctly, and then I am finished with them. My car is shaking and shimmying once again!

i had this problem, they lubricated the steering column and its fixed. hasnt come back ... been about 3 months now

Others where the steering column was lubricated reported it came back shortly after.

Wait, and see...
