Climbing with 530xd

Found the steepest road in town to test the xdrive. Wet snow and +1?C. Parked the car to take the picture and then drove to the top. I was careful with the throttle so it didn't spin at all. On the way back down I turned on HDC and it works really great. I wish there was a dedicated button for HDC because it takes some time to look it up with the iDrive. The tires: Goodyear UltraGrip Ice Navi NH 225/45R17.

Demo by facts. Good pictures.
Got a 530XD (year 2006) too (yet touring) and fully agree with you. Amazing!. I used to be an Audi man and got to say X drive performs better.

One trick though: you can program one of the steering wheel button to be the HDC.
