No idea what is included witht he serive, but I found it through the idrive - will get specifics onmy way home. When I got to the correct menu the idrive said - communicating with BMW, took about 2 minutes to give them my position and car specs - and then a pleasant voice came on teh phome and said "How can I help you" and I said I'm lost - and she gave me directions from where my car was. She even offered to stay on the phone with me but I declined.
