Found a local 2007 BMW 530i with M-Tech Package, has 80000 miles, and has some issues:
Driver air bag needs to be reset
Rear bumper has a small dent and some chips
Tire pressure light is on because the tires do not have sensors
eBrake light is always on
Front headlight gets moisture
Key got washed, and buttons do not work
I don't know how much the repairs would cost, but owner is willing to take off how much the total would be.
Anyone know how much any of these costs?
Thanks.

My Ride: E60

I would hesitate to purchase this car. First off from that list it doesn't seem like the owner treats his E60 like a baby. Sounds to me like they used it strictly to drive and avoid little issues that came up. These small issues are a little fishy to me. Seems like their might be a bigger issue the owner might not be telling you. Check the transmission during hard accelerating from 2 to 3rd seems to slip a lot in our e60's. Check for oil leaks. Idk man 80,000 is a shit load of miles for a 07. I would say 15,000 would be the most I'd offer this owner.

These problems can be cheap or expensive depending on the depth of the issue. This does not ever simply need to be reset, it is always caused by an issue and can be extensive and very expensive.
Rear bumper has a small dent and some chips
OEM expensive, aftermarket $400 with paint.
Tire pressure light is on because the tires do not have sensors
Can you verify this? It could be an issue with the system itself. $$$$ Used TPM's are inexpensive on ebay.
eBrake light is always on
Sensor in center console or cable
Front headlight gets moisture
New Headlight ($$$$$$$$) or find good used housing on ebay, risky.
Key got washed, and buttons do not work
$350 only from BMW
My advice, saving $2000 now will cost you $10000+ later. Pass on it. But wish you good luck whatever you choose.
