My Ride: 2005 545i 6-speed manual, Grey Metallic
Only 1300 miles on car, 800 in Europe and now mostly stop and go travelling to Washington, DC. 6-speed manual 5451 getting 18.8 MPG. I hope it will improve with time.

I usually get around 30-31 on the highway and 21-23 on the local roads. I drive about 120 miles a day to and from work. 60 of that is in stop and go traffic every 1/8th of a mile. (SUCKS). Here is a screen shot. Also keep in mind that most of these miles are in stop and go traffic because I only work 4 days so I am home driving around town most of the time. I do drive hard, take off from lights and cruise about 90 on the highways.

I'm averaging 26.2 miles over the 9000 I have put on the car. That's premium unLEADed for this LEADfoot!!!!
Better than I expected for doing about 60-70% highway driving, but roughly consistent with the quoted 19/29 for an automatic.
Ciao,
Marco
