I had the exact same problem. Thought it was my replicas, turns out it was my tires. Bought my whole set up from Discount Tire and to get the vibration to go away they upgraded my tires for free. After that smooth as silk!
Interesting...

I've read so many different things about aftermarket wheels that I'm close to just ordering OEM M5 wheels and powdercoating them matte black.

There are a ton of people on the forum that have the Miro M6 reps, and have no vibrations at all. This is very interesting, as this is the wheel that I am looking to get.

Most people don't sell OEM m6 wheels, and the price for OEM m6 wheels are out of this world...... at least to me.

I have the FK452's on them and I think Falken has a 30-day ride guarantee. How did you guys figure out that they were the tires?

I doubt it is the Falkens, a lot of members run those tires, and a good number have your exact set-up without vibration...have you contacted the store you got your wheels from?

that's why I only buy OEM or well known manufactuered wheels. Many repos are crap, soft, and hard to balance. Try road force balancing.

the quick fix would be to get the right hub ring size. does any one know what size hub ring to get?

PTL mentioned 72.56 mm on the on the car. what hub size is needed for the wheels?

thanks for anyone's help.
you need hub rings to get what ever your wheels are currently to 72.56

again, the shop that got you the wheels should have provided the right size, mind letting other members know where your purchased so they can be cautioned......

but again, it seems a road force hunter balance needs to be done also...

Do folks experience the same issues with any aftermarket wheel- DPE, iForged, Work, etc.?

I have a very slight vibration/shimmy between 38mph and 45mph...only at those speeds.

i had vibration because my volk wheel hub size was 75mm and the stock hub size is 72.56mm

I got some hub rings and the vibration went away completely.

Where did you buy the m6 reps? What company?

I bought it from http://www.323motorsports.com/shop/index.php out of Inglewood. They're the only ones that had them available. I am glad I haven't sold my original wheels since I may end up keepin' em.

+1, This is the exact reason why I only stick with OEM and well known brands. And I will even avoid "remanufactured" OEM wheels, because you will never know the history of them.
