So where can I get the hub rings from and should they come in metal or plastic?

MY WHEELS PROBLEM IS 100% FIXED. I put on the right sized poly carbonate hub rings and got rid of the aluminum ones. No whobble. No vibration.

I am very happy with my wheels now. Thanks for everyone's help.
This is very news and sounds promising for my problem I am currently experiencing. Can you please tell me exactly what product (rings) you got and where you got them? How much were they? Also, did you just put them on and the problem was resolved or did you have to get your wheels balanced while they were on the car? That is what I was just told by a guy who has done this a number of times and said it will only work that way. He claims that if the wheels EVER come off, that I would have to bring the car back and get it re balanced again???? That sounds crazy as hell to me, what do you think? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
