Sounds like the majority here are running no front plates, however their state law requires it....guess I am going to start rolling the dice.

No Front Plates, and I have been drving without it for over 17 years.

The rest of section 5200 delineates where and how the plates must be fastened to the vehicle. If you receive a ticket for not displaying front plate (which i have many times) its fix a ticket. So you either pay the fine or get a front plate attach it and have an officer sign off on it. Now a days parking meter attendant have been issuing no front plate tickets as well. This is where the situation really gets bootleg because i have parked my car at meters to return and see no front plate tickets on my baby issued by METER MAIDS!
