I don't have any BMW logo in my floormats.
I believe they are the OEM ones. They seem pretty sturdy and heavey with tight weave, but like I said the velcro pad was the weak spot.

I will talk to my dealer and see what he can do about it.
I doubt that he will do anything about it, but it is worth a shot.
