I use the Dunlop M3 (non runflat version) on 17" ASA rims I had from my 2004 car (the 2004 car came with stock 18" wheels.)

My M is AMAZING in the snow. The Blizzak LM-22's are outstanding. I drove the car in M mode during our recent snow storm and the car was on rails. It didn't slide once.

I HIGHLY recommend the Bridgestone Blizzak LM-22's or LM-25's. If I have amazing traction in the M, think about the traction you'll get in your E60.

I'm telling ya, the Dunlop M3s are far superior to the LM-22s. No experience with the LM-25s however... You simply must try them on your next car....

thats great to hear i was alittle scared about this being a rwd car since its my first in the snow. i've hear horror stories from mazdas' G35 and e39s
