It was Rob Roy who was a gentleman throughout the entire buying process. But all 5's? That's pretty hard to top.

I bought my from RR also but when I try to negotiate, he simply gave me the salesman BS. Ultimately, I did my homework and had him lower the price another $400. Also, he intentionally forgot to put on an accessory item that I ordered. The price I agreed to was the installed price. His answer was, "Oh there was a misunderstanding with the Parts Dept. It is so easy to install, you could do it yourself." I looked at him and said, "Forget It! Just let me sign the papers so I could get outta here!"

I got a call from BMWNA a few days ago and gave EBBMW mostly 1's and 2's on the post sale survey. I also gave my comments/feedback of my displeasure towards their handling of the buyng process. And just like I expected, the CA calls me today and "SCREAMS" why didn't I give them 5's. To have the nerve to even call and blame it on me and not re-evaulate themselves on what they did was wrong is hillarious. I'm just shocked how this dealership won this excellence award they imprint on their business cards. Nevertheless, I will definetly never do business with them again.

BTW, I think we should start a sticky thread to report good/bad dealerships to benefit everyone...., if it hasn't been done yet.
