Even better than saphire ...get jet black the most beautiful E60 colour..hard to maintain? so what I have a great car wash nearby...I keep it clean..black on black people drool when I drive by!

I agree with you Dantheman, jet black is an awesome colour. However, I had it on my Mini and it was a b**ch to keep clean. It always looked good, but it meant I had to spend a lot more time getting it that way. I would never make that choice again. not matter how good it looked.

I also never used a car wash because the paint scratched like it was made out of butter or something.

Right now it's a toss up for us
Silver is not nice on E60. Mine is black sapphire. It is not too difficult to maintain. And it gives you immense satisfactionafter you wash the car and bring back the gleam and shine.

seems like black won

and i would get the jet black instead....

nothing looks better than a waxed/polished/cleaned jet black E60. It makes people that look at it


(unless if you are in Michigan where all people like is american cars)
