Thanks everyone for the votes and input. Haven't been able to make a decison yet, but the info provided has been valuable.

Actually, it does see as if BMW did their homework. There is not really a bad color choice.

Mine's silver gray, but I kind of like the 5-series in white as well. I realize that no one else does.

Yes we do! I originally ordered Alpine White to replace Alpine White, switched to Titanium Silver when the Aussie study said it was a safer color, got cold feet and tried to switch back to Alpine White, but was a few days too late according to my sales person. Now I have adapted to the Titanium Silver, but still like white.

If I were to buy the car to keep for the long-term, white would have been my choice. Never seen it in person though, but from the pics, I really like it.

Unfortunately, I will have to eventually get rid of this 5 series and white is a color (at least in europe) that seems to depreciate more.

When I order, I am sticking with my original color combination. Alpine White, Auburn interior. I plan to keep the car a long time.

Thanks everyone for the input. I've deicided to stick with my original choice of silver gray although I could have easily picked any of the others too. I'll probably second guess it a million more times, but the way I see it, I really can't go wrong here. They're all great.

Well if we all had our way, we'd have one color per day of the week!!!

Well except for the Amethyst... no offense, but that just isn't me.
