Exhaust question

Exhaust question
So I'm debating between getting a X-pipe put on before the oem muffler to get a nice deep tone or if I should get a magnaflow muffler with different tips put on. I'm not looking for a load exhaust tone but nice deep tone that would be noticed at high RPM's. What would you guys suggest or do you guys have any other ideas without breaking the bank.
