Actually I HAVE experienced that... right here in Los Angeles CA not up in the mountains or anything... but right here in the city... last month... (before the E60s time) in the morning at about 6a.m. it was 36? F and my MINI *BLINGed* at me and the temp flashed a few times on the tach. It was like that a few days...
