Euro style headlamp switch

Just curious, but I have a Euro spec headlamp switch assembly, it has rear fog light control and the auto level over ride style switch or whatever it is...are the US spec cars still wired with the same harness that will adapt those features if I were to install it?

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.

The headlamp level adjuster comes only with non Xenon cars.
