We have a 550i being delivered at the end of the month. Willl the M5 wheels fit on this car, where can I find replica wheels. We have the sport package, but I think the car would look better with 19s on it IMO

Welcome, and congrats. No info on your question. Check my style 101's using the galley links in my sig to get an idea about 19's.

for the M5 wheels MAX MAX MAX that will fit on a regular production car would be 245/40/19 front and 285/35/19 rear (same as M5)

Front needs to be a tiny bit smaller.

Welcome! and where are you? Replica wheels are notoriously cheesy, especially for us in winter climate. Be very careful about fitment over your brake calipers; most aftermarket guys haven't a clue.

Cheers,

Thanks for the info fella's.......I'm in Augusta GA. I am looking forward to this car. We drove everything. MB E 500, Audi A8, Infinity M 45 (DAMN NICE CAR) Lexus GS 430 ( big letdown) The BMW was really an after thought. (Its really going to be the wife's car) But we went and drove a 530i,....and that hooked us both, she would have been fine with the 530.......But I thought, if the 530 is this good, what must the 550 be like.........Well, we drove one about two weeks ago (long after we ordered the car) and WOW!!

I am a porsche guy (GT3) So I could not help notice that BMW seems to me, has the same mindset as porsche.....Performance and safety first,.....bells and whistles second.......Pleanty of bells and whistles, but the point is , this car is a real drivers car, lots of fun for sure

I love the way my 545i drives; it definitely is a driver's car. Not that I am a driver. But, it does feel really good.

Well Rolo, being in Augusta, you won't have to worry about salted roads and snow tires. Actually, your first decision will be what to do with those damned runflats: They ride like a sled. If you move up to 19s, just look for quality brands and consider the Michelin PS2. HUGE ride improvement.

Cheers,
Ray Hull
