engine noise ?????

My Ride: 2012 535i M package
Hello everyone.
I had a problem a couple of weeks ago. When I was turning the engine off and the steering wheel was moving up I had this funny noise( took it to the dealer , S.A told me that he replaced motors on my steering colum, but never got any paperwork because after that they took my car to the body shop to have my M kit installed, when I got my car back no paiper work same noise) I am posting a video hope someone can give advise ..
