HEADACHEZ

So as of recently I have noticed a slight but rather noticeable rough idle while stopped. Took the car today to the local dealership.... Service ad adviser took the car to have a technician look at it briefly. Technician said it seems as if the motor mounts are on the early stages of wearing out. However not to worry about it.... Also said he was not 100% sure if that is the actual problem and it would would be $190 to run a diagnostic on the car. Plus another $400 to replace the mounts... The car is has not thrown any error codes or anything..... I do have the extended warranty on the car but apparently the engine mounts are not covered....

So it's a 2007 525i with 65,000 miles...

Is it normal for this type of problem with this amount of mileage? Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can purchase the mounts in question? Also is there anything else that may be causing the rough idle?
