Should be right around $100 for the remote master key.

I ordered an extra Master Key last week. After signing 3 forms (one might have been to give away our next born child) the key was ordered after I payed the $100 dollars (about 80 Euro) for the key. It will be there when I pick up the car next week.

If nothing else, your dealer should be able to cancel out any other keys floating around that you dont have possesion of.
