Let us know the outcome. Hopefully you do find a garage to do it and it fixes all the problems you are having. I'm pretty sure it will fix most if not all of them.

so I went to this garage, they looked around a bit, and without dismantling to much, they already spotted some broken wires in the hinges area.
that being said, I've made an appointment for Tuesday next week, no can do earlier than that, they said, it's a lot of work, a full day of work and they will order some repair kit for the wires, whatever that is.
Until then I'll have to drive with the central locking fuses pulled out... it's nice, because fuses 11 and 27 are also used for the windshield wipers, and guess what, it's rainy these days.
Oh the joy
I'll update the thread once it's sorted out.

Thanks Seanjordan20
anyways, so now there is red Tesla convertible on orbit and here I am, driving without windshield wipers, because my wires shorted out ... technology is amazing.

so... update:
The guys managed to repair all the wiring loom from the hatch, the situation was pretty bad (as you can see from the pictures they sent me) I mean, almost every single wire was cut or shot in the hinge area, from both sides, they ended up replacing everything.
The battery drain was caused by one of those wires, probably by that thick one, dunno what it is tho'.
Anyways, after the repair, everything works fine, no more battery drain, I get around 0,06 miliamps in standby.
Oh, and the key fob works again, it seems that one of the shot wires was going to the Diversity Antenna and that's why the remote wasn't working.
Now I've ordered the microswitch on the lid, it has water damage and the glass lid pops up sometimes by itself, the wire to the switch was also shot, so I didn't notice this before.
Thank you for hosting this here and for the advices
