How many more people are in thailand with E60s right now? I wanna know... With the new 520d releasing here, I think many would start getting it, since its even cheaper than other E60s.

Yes but even the normal E60s can be find on the roads all over the Bangkok and some of them are really superb and well accessorised but unfortunatly we don't have them here on this site, otherwise we could have prooved to the Singp...eans and the H.K..s that we have got the best talent available here in THAILAND, Let's hope and wish that they will be here with us in sometime,

Thanks,
Sam

yes, I'm hoping that after I get the decal from Lomag, people will start to join the forum when they see me driving around with the decal of E60.net. Hopefully more will join, I rarely see that many E60s around but I do see many many 7 series around. I haven't seen many E60s with accessories either, just stock, but I'm sure there's many stunning ones out there. I've seen one car with full M5 kit (poser) but still admire them for having the $$ to do all their mods. But replicas are so readily available here, so many people can afford mods, me, i'm staying away from Replicas, so I'm still saving up... hahaha...

Ok my first question to a fellow E60 owner in Thailand is, how do you feel about your sound system? They suck don't they, not enough bass?

I think the talent is forced upon when there is a distinct lack of choice, as all the specs are fixed & no options on CKD cars can be ordered. Seems that there's no 2006 model 520i & 525i in Thailand either, & why doesn't BMW Thailand fit the latest 2.5 engine into the 525i, when the 325i is already being assembled in Rayong.
There's a beautiful 520i on display at Paragon now, with full M5 bodykit + mirrors & M6 rims. Unfortunately, the interior is totally standard. Another question, which dealer has the largest number of the most expensive BMWs on display? I saw M5 & 650i at Millenium Rama IV, where they once displayed a Williams-BMW F1 car there.

me from Bangladesh, but I do visit BKK quite a lot, I think the reason they dont have the new engine yet on the e60 because there are some modifications needed in the engine assymbly machines and also some software for hardwares are needed (which are not quite the CD ROM install lol) , so its just a matter of time BMW Thailand starts changing the existing line up without hampering current line of production.

Its so crowded in BKK but its lovely to drive in some of the highways....Have a friend who has a E65 and it was lovely going to Pattya...what are other highways in Thailand? Any Pics available?
