Looks good, want to mod might as well mod all the way. How much total, including installation (can BVO do it?) and wiring of the paddle shifts?
Basically what do you need? Just M5 paddleshift steering with airbag or 'Modded' M5 steering like mine??

sms me at 96905511 to discuss.

Cheers

Wilson

Dear all,

Some question from another E60 owner living in Singapore.

Wondering if anyone could share their advice on following mods for E60
1. Sports steering wheel - what's the pricing like to get one installed, replacing the standard steering?
2. Rims upgrade - what's the feeling like after upgrade to 18" rims (245/40)? Is there a significant loss of comfort? Worth the trade-off for better handling?
3. Sprint booster - is this useful? where can get this installed?

Wishing all a Happy New Year and safe driving in 2007!
Hi there, FYI I got the M steering and M166 19" wheels from PML during the BMW Expo for $1866 (including air bag) and $3200 respectively. Hope this helps.

I was told the iPod interface is already available at PML. It costs $850, and you will lose the usage of the changer. A quick search on the forum had someone said the quality is not as good as the CD. Anyone had done it here? Can I get an audition session from you?

Tategoi, thought the aux input is almost the same? Anyway, nothing beats playing original CDs.

Meet-up? Anytime. Its been quite a while and I'm sure many who have not been posting will be glad to attend. Maybe by then I'd be able to show off my new Hamann roof and rear spolier, HRE rims and Eisenmann exhausts on the M6.

Nono, I am not referring to the AUX IN. Its the Original BMW interface for Apple iPod.

"You can now enjoy the flexibility of your iPod even at the wheel of your BMW. A direct connection to the audio system gives you access to all of your stored tracks. At the same time, your iPod remains safe in the glove box. Using the BMW Radio, the multifunction buttons on the steering wheel or the iDrive Controller, you can operate your iPod easily and safely. The result is optimum sounds all around."

http://www.bmw.com/com/en/owners/accessori...ipod_facts.html

Its on offer at PML now.

Model......Special Price...Usual Price
5 Series...$763.68.........$855.63
6 Series...$767.49.........$860.12

Ipod Interface
