hehe..i am the one who started this thread and din know that it is still going strong.

RSLK,
why don't you consider using the suction thingy on the windscreen instead of mounting on the dashboard? my C320 is much heavier and do not have problem with the mounting.

Hi, cos my IU has already taken up all the space on the RHS of the windscreen... putting it in the middle would mean I cannot reach for it for touchscreen operation..and furthermore it creates a reflection at night on the road ahead... just like the "HUD"...

Back to Nuvi 310/360 on E60 (so we are strictly not OTing )...

After loading the beta version of the firmware 2.52 (20th July release from Garmin) and the new Custom POI for Streetname search...

I started encountering these 2 errors:

1) The stationary traffic camera alerts (tried it at CTE@Braddell, PIE@BKE and BKE@KJE)... it consistently froze with that last screen with the red banner text showing the Speed Camera alert. Had to turn off/on to resolve.

2) The settings (eventhough I do it manual updating, i.e. change the settings to alert at 1200m) only alert me when I am just passed the camera... it. 50m passed. Not before.

Any ideas?
I encountered the same problems with traffice cameras!

strange, after reading RSLK post yesterday, i went along CTE with my Nuvi on.
before passing the cam near Potong pasir/ PIE the warning came off and once i passed the cam, it went off without a hitch.
myabe you guys should try to re-install everything.
