Saw a black debadged E60 along Orchard Link today with the letters (Russ) on the bootlid in place of the model insignia. Is that Russo's E60?

I've seen that car too! although i seem to recall it was dark blue.

am quite impressed that even the style of the chromed "Russ" letters matches the original BMW bootlid model numbering.

Yup I have seen it before already. It's dark blue to my eyes.

Hi Eric, I am not sure if there is one. But I know of this shop in Bangkok selling body kits for the Japanese makes. You may give them a ring:

R-Style
MBK Center, Bangkok
Level 4 Room 132 - Main shop
Level 6 Room 58 - Store/Bodykit showroom
Tel: 02-6118090

Or contact this guy from Malaysia who claims he has M-kit that's 80% like the real one. I have not seen his work though and I don't know him.

My ride will finally be sent in again tomorrow for the 16.2 upgrade. According to what I heard, Friend pushed for it to be upgraded.

James will not come this weekend. In fact, I think none of the locals will be coming. Friend from PML and Thorsten from BMW Asia will most likely come. I have written to Friend asking him to confirm. Will revert once I receive a response.

Just received a response from Friend. He will be there along with Thorsten.

Yes, I extended the invitation to Friend when I sent in my car on 26th April. Had a good chat with him and he was so keen to join us.

He promised to turn up despite having quite a tight schedule (understand from him his son will be in town that day) and he might leave early to ctach Lord of the Dance with his family that evening.

Thorsten is the man replacing Achim (think that's how its spelled) and I did not get to meet him as he was in Kg. Arang then.

My ride is in PML(A) and I could only expect it back earliest by Fri evening. They're respraying the bumpers which have some areas not well-covered (can see that the naked bumper should be black). Desmond is also tackling some issues like passenger mirror still winding after mirror folded, steering intermittently not returning to programmed position, driver's window roll down with uneven sound, rattling rear door panel, and some replacements.

Also had this strange click near rear (outside) when you play with the steering while the car is moving (need not be fast). Desmond is quite sure its the DD and he has experienced this in many 530is; anybody experienced this?

Decals will be fresh out from the oven tomorrow. Kindly clean your windscreens before I slap them on this Sunday.

For those fannatics who are interested in buying it at $5 a piece, kindly PM me your car registration number and member since in e60.net. I'll pre print it on the decal and bring it along on Sunday.

For current members of BCM, consider it done. Just prepare the windscreen for me can liao.
