Does anyone go to PML at Alexandra for service? Which service advisor should i look for? My car gives some funny noises whenever i'm steering to the left. I think the noise comes from the shocks or springs.

Thanks in advance.
look for Charles Ebenezer (spell!?), i have had my ride taken care by him since 1999.

Bro Lai,

I've clocked ard 5000 km on the Sport Maxx and have no major complain so far Road holding is excellent both on wet and dry - no wonder why it is rated no. 1 on tirerack.

My elder bro just changed his soles to the F1 GS-D3 and despite the stamp "Made in Germany", the finishing is far from being impressive
ok, Sport maxx that it is!

I installed mine last week and the observations that I made (520i) were :

1.slower pick up when moving off, low torque <_< .
2.engine perkier only after I hit 60 km/h and above.

What about you, any improvement to your ride ?

I wasn't sure to change to K&N or Hurricane, but I went along with Hurricane as I was told that it would be easier to maintain.

i do not expereince what you mentioned. smooth pick up and acceleration after replacing.
maybe i have that sprint booster installed and need to check whether my remapping hs been removed or programmed back to stock.

I drove with the factory filter for a while before I installed the Hurricane. I could feel an immediate torque improvement across the RPM range. At high RPM, the engine is even more willing to pull. I've done the with and without Hurricane air filter experience before on my e39 525i and the e60 530i. There are improvements indeed.

My fuel consumption seem to have improved as much as 10% when the Hurricane was first installed. Strangely now, the consumption seem to return to what was before, ie no noticeable improvement in fuel efficiency.
